1. Introduction

Welcome to Cleaning Master. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our cleaning services and form a legally binding contract between Cleaning Master and the client.

2. Services Provided

We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom cleaning. Specialized services like window washing, and carpet cleaning are not available.

3. Scheduling and Availability

Services can be scheduled via our website, phone, or email. We operate Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 6 pm. Please book at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices vary based on the size of the space and the type of service requested. We accept payment only via credit card. Payment is due upon completion of service. A 5% late fee applies for payments delayed beyond 7 days.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours of the service time incur a fee of 40$.

6. Liability and Damage Policy

We assume responsibility for any damage or loss caused directly by our staff during cleaning. Clients must report any issues within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Safety and Security

Our staff undergo thorough background checks and are trained to respect client property and privacy. We adhere to strict security protocols while on client premises.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients should ensure the area is accessible, pets are secured, and valuables are stored away. We request a smoke-free environment while our staff is present.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

Client privacy is paramount. We do not disclose client information to third parties and maintain strict data security protocols.
