What is not included in move-in/move-out cleaning?

Move-in and move-out cleaning focuses on thorough surface and interior cleaning but generally does not include repairs, painting, or addressing structural issues like damaged walls or flooring. It also typically excludes removing large amounts of leftover furniture or belongings, which usually falls under a separate junk removal service rather than cleaning. If a unit has significant damage or an unusually heavy amount of leftover items, we can discuss the scope beforehand so expectations are clear from the start. Knowing exactly what falls inside and outside the scope helps avoid any confusion once our team arrives to begin the cleaning process.
