How quickly can your team arrive after an event ends?

Response time depends on your location within New York City and how far in advance we know the event’s end time, but we generally aim to arrive within a couple of hours once a scheduled event wraps up. For clients who book both pre and post-event cleaning together, we already have a team prepared and staged nearby, which allows for a much faster turnaround than an unplanned request. Cleaning Master recommends confirming your estimated end time as early as possible so we can coordinate staffing accordingly. If timing shifts unexpectedly, our scheduling flexibility allows us to adjust and still get a team to your location without unnecessary delay.
