Does the apartment need to be empty for move-in/out cleaning?
An empty apartment allows us to work most efficiently and thoroughly, since our team can access every surface, corner, and closet without needing to navigate around leftover furniture or personal belongings still sitting in the space. While we can still perform move-out cleaning in a partially furnished unit, an empty apartment generally produces the most complete results, particularly for detailed tasks like inside cabinets, closets, and behind larger furniture pieces that are otherwise hard to reach. If your move timeline means the apartment will still have some items present during our visit, let us know in advance so we can plan our approach accordingly and set realistic expectations about what can be fully addressed that day.
