Do you clean balconies and outdoor terrace areas?

Yes, balconies and terraces are included in our condo cleaning services when requested, covering sweeping, surface wiping, and general tidying of these outdoor spaces. Given New York City’s weather and pollution levels, terraces can accumulate dirt and grime faster than interior spaces, making regular attention worthwhile for units that include this kind of feature. We can also address outdoor furniture if present, keeping it presentable alongside the rest of your living space. If your terrace has specific plants, decor, or delicate items, let us know so our team can work carefully around anything that requires special handling during the cleaning visit.
