Do I need to be home while my apartment is cleaned?

No, you do not need to be home, and many of our clients prefer scheduling cleanings while they are at work or otherwise away. If you are not going to be present, we simply need a way to access your apartment, whether that is a key, a code, or coordination through your building’s front desk or doorman. We understand trust matters here, which is why our cleaners are background-checked and insured before they ever enter a client’s home. If you prefer to be present for your first visit to get familiar with our team, that is completely fine too, and future visits can be scheduled around whatever you feel most comfortable with.
