If you are not going to be present, we simply need a reliable way to access your home, whether that is a key, entry code, or coordination through building management if applicable. Our cleaners are background-checked and insured, which gives homeowners confidence leaving their space in our hands. If you prefer to be present, especially for a first deep clean, that is completely fine as well, and we are happy to walk through priorities together beforehand.
