Are your cleaners background-checked before entering my home?

Yes, every cleaner goes through a thorough background check before they are hired and before they ever enter a client’s home. This is a non-negotiable part of our hiring process and something we consider a basic standard, not an optional extra. Beyond background screening, all staff are interviewed, trained, and evaluated before being assigned to residential appointments. We understand the trust involved in allowing someone into your personal space, and we work hard to make sure that trust is well placed. Your safety and comfort are priorities we take seriously at every stage, from the hiring process all the way through to the visit itself.
