No, you don’t have to be home. Many clients leave a key, code, or instructions for entry. Just make sure we know how to access your home and where to lock up when we finish.

It depends on the size and condition of your home, as well as the type of service (standard, deep, move-in/move-out). As a rough guide, a 1–2 bedroom apartment usually takes 2–4 hours for a standard visit with one cleaner.

Please contact us within 24 hours and let us know what went wrong. We’ll review the situation and, if needed, arrange a re-clean of the missed areas or find another solution that works for you.

For the best result, we recommend picking up clothes, toys, and personal items from floors and surfaces so our team can focus on detailed cleaning rather than tidying.

We kindly ask for notice at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours may be subject to a fee of $60 to cover reserved time for your team.
