The time required for a move-in cleaning depends on the size of the apartment and the number of cleaning professionals assigned to the task.

What factors impact the cost of move-out cleaning in New York City?

The pricing for move-out cleaning services in NYC is based on factors such as the property’s dimensions, its current condition, and where it is located. These elements help us deliver a customized cleaning plan to ensure the apartment is move-in ready for new tenants.

How many cleaners will be assigned to my service?

The number of cleaners assigned depends on our schedule and the cleaning requirements, usually ranging from one to two individuals. The minimum service time is two hours for one cleaner. The hours are counted in labor-hours, so a four-hour service could either involve one cleaner working for the full four hours or two cleaners working for two hours each.

Cleaning Protocols & Etiquette

What if I do not have a mop, bucket, vacuum, or toilet brush?

If you cannot provide a mop/bucket/vacuum/toilet brush, we will be unable to clean spaces that require these tools. While we always like to be as helpful and courteous as possible for our clients, this policy ensures proper sanitization within your living space and does not bring any contaminants from other spaces.

If you cannot provide these items, we could offer a partial refund.

Cancellation Policy

What is your cancellation policy?

We allow for full-refund cancellations up to 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning time. If you decide to cancel within 24 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning, we charge a $40 cancellation fee.

How can I pay for your service?

You can quickly and easily pay for our cleaning services with cash, or one of the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover, or PayPal.

What is the tipping policy?

Tipping is all dependent on your positive experience with your cleaning services. Typically, our customers tip 15-20% of the cleaning fee, specifically to the cleaning staff.

Tipping is welcomed after the job is completed and can be handled with cash or through PayPal / Venmo - directly with our cleaning staff.
