Cleaning Protocols & Etiquette

Do I have to supply cleaning materials?

All you need to do is to provide us with a mop, a bucket, a broom, a toilet brush, and a step stool or ladder. And if you have a pet or carpeting, we expect you to provide a functional vacuum cleaner. Don't have one at home? We can provide our own for an additional price.

Cleaning Master cleaning staff do not provide a vacuum, conventional mop & bucket, step stool, or a toilet brush. But we provide all the cleaning products (EPA registered), including rags and paper towels, for cleaning.

What happens if your technicians do damage to my property?

We are Bonded and Insured, you are protected from any kind of wrongdoing. We process complaints received only within 48 hours from the end of the cleaning.

What if I just had renovation work done?

Post-renovation cleaning is not included in our regular cleaning services. However, if you need post-construction cleaning, please call us for a customized quote.
