Time is measured in labor hours; for instance, a 4-hour job can be done by one cleaner working for 4 hours or two cleaners working for 2 hours each.

Are your cleaning services limited to one-time visits?

Not at all. We cater to both one-time and ongoing cleaning arrangements, based on your preferences, the job's scope, and other considerations.

Is there an additional fee if I have a pet?

Yes, there is a $25 extra charge for homes with pets since more time may be needed for cleaning. If your pet does not shed excessively, let us know when booking, and we may waive the fee.

What cleaning supplies do I need to provide?

You will need to supply a mop, bucket, broom, toilet brush, and a step stool or ladder. If your home has pets or carpeted areas, please also provide a working vacuum cleaner. These items are not included in our service for hygiene reasons to avoid cross-contamination.

Our team does not bring a vacuum, traditional mop and bucket, step stool, or toilet brush. However, Cleaning Master supplies all cleaning products (EPA-certified), as well as rags and paper towels.

Can I give specific instructions or make special requests?

We allow for full-refund cancellations up to 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning time. If you decide to cancel within 24 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning, we charge a $40 cancellation fee.
